Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle – tapping prospects for Partnership & Alliances, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely issuance of Policy documents to the customer.

• Responsible for managing the relation with the Partners or Franchises.

• To be in constant touch with the team for achieving targets and managing the requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Any Graduate with good analytical and sales skills to be considered.

• Minimum 4 yrs experience in the field of insurance (Life & Non Life)

• Customer relationship management skills

• Good communication skills

• Strategic thinking and competence in management.

• Expertise in managing channels efficiently with Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal, people management and leadership skill

• Strong negotiation skill
