Roles and Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end recruitment, HR Ops, Onboarding, Documentation, Leave & Attendance management.
Coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for employees throughout the organization; assist and advise employees and managers.
Partner with HR Manager on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions.
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all levels of the organization and diverse client groups.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
