Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) preferred
2 yrs to 4 yrs of experience as Human Resource (HR) mandatory
Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

25000/ -30000/ +PF& ESIC(monthly)
Fluent English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Fluent Hindi skills – Ability to Speak & Read
*Candidate should be comfortable for Work From Office
*Ideally candidates should already be doing a recruitment role in TA setup in a company on Third party roles.
*Sourcing and collection of candidates data and profiles from Job Portals, Consultants, head hunting etc.
*Should have managed job positing’s on Career Sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri etc
*Exposure to Pre-hire due diligence TA processes like background verification, Social Media Check, Reference Check, Medical Check-up, etc.
*Interview Coordination / MS teams invites (Scheduling telephonic and personal round of interviews and consequently coordinating with the hiring managers and the candidates
*Worked on weekly / Monthly reports / Recruitment MIS
